Here is a team that has received a major challenge: coordinating the action of the different teams of the project and being identified as project managers. This challenge concerns the students of the INFA Master’s Degree in Event Engineering and Management, before, during and after a mobility project in Berlin. Voici une équipe qui a reçu un défi de taille : coordonner l’action des différentes équipes du projet et être identifiés comme des chefs de projets. Ce challenge concerne les élèves du Master 2 Ingénierie et Management de Projets Evénementiels de l’INFA, avant, pendant et après un projet mobilité à Berlin.

The logistics team is composed by:
– Mounir BEZZAOUYA, coordinator of the Schools Relations team, in charge of the budget and cake sales
– Anne-Sophie CANU, coordinator of the Professional Meetings team, in charge of finding venues for our several shows
– Wendy DEGREMONT, coordinator of the Culture team, in charge of organizing the shows and the raffle
– Séverine FORGE, coordinator of the Communication team, in charge of the raffle and searching for sponsors
– Flora LEBIGRE, coordinator of the Team Building team, in charge of searching fundings

We have an overall budget by collecting the needs of each team. We organize moments of gathering like cake sales during the open days of our school. Having all the taste of the organization, we do our best to coordinate all the teams, optimize the transports and the routes in order to obtain an optimal result. Nous avons un budget global en collectant les besoins de chaque équipe. Nous organisons des moments de collecte comme des ventes de gâteaux lors des journées portes ouvertes de notre école. Ayant tous le goût de l’organisation, nous faisons notre possible pour coordonner toutes les équipes, optimiser les transports ainsi que les itinéraires afin d’obtenir un résultat optimal.
