Today was dedicated to the Team Building activity.

The group in charge of the organisation was composed of Noémie, Marine, Myrtille, Jessica and Léa.

The class was divided into 4 teams:
– The Military team
– The Allies team
– The USA team
– The USSR team

The main theme of the activity was based on the Cold War and the period before the Berlin Wall fall. At the time, Gorbatchev was Head of State of the USSR and was about to destroy the Berlin Wall. A Russian agent was waiting outside of the city to get a secret box that would lead to Gorbatchev’s fall.

The USSR team and the Military team were in charge of finding the secret box in the city, and giving it to the secret agent. The USA and the Allies team had to stop them and to catch the Russian Agent before he flew away with the secret box.

Everything went very well. The 4 groups completed a series of challenges and contests around the city, allowing them to discover many places and buildings such as the Chancellery, the Brandenburg Gate, the Tiergarten Park, or the Museums Island.

The activity was fun-based and forced every participant to be involved in a collective work and motivated to reach the settled objecitves. We noticed that everyone played the game with good spy techniques and a great sense of wining. The teambuilding organisers were very proud of the group !!
